1.1. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions as given herein constitutes a Contract between the customer and Murano Glam, for the sale of the products listed in the online catalogue in the site www.yalosmurano.it. 1.2. Pursuant to art. 4(1) of Legislative Decree n. 185/99, to receive confirmation of the viewed data you should print or save a copy of these pages and the order.
2.1 Only adults are allowed to order. 2.2 To place an order, fill in the “Cart” following the instructions that you are given. 2.3 The prices given in the online pricelist include VAT at 22%. Products that have been selected or put in the “Cart” are shown with the unit price, the total price and the total amount including VAT in Euros. 2.3 Murano Glam products are offered to both consumers and other users. Consumers are those who buy the products in the site exclusively for personal reasons and not for the purpose of any business or profession they conduct, in compliance with Legislative Decree n. 206 of 6thSeptember 2005 (“Consumer Code”). For the purpose of these General Terms and Conditions, a Consumer is not a person who, when buying a product or service, expressly states in the mask for inputting personal data that he or she belongs to the category of “Companies, Boards, Professionals holding VAT codes”, and who input their VAT code. If express reference is not made to the Consumer category, the dispositions of the General and Special Terms and Conditions are applied equally to all the users who buy products/services through the site (“Customers”).

4.1 Deliveries are made to the countries listed in the online shop dropdown menu.
4.2 Delivery by express courier includes packaging, transport and insurance against theft, damage or loss that could occur during transport.

Damage and compensation Generally the customer has no right to damage or compensation, and there are no responsibilities provided for in the contract or out of the contract for direct or indirect damage to people and property due to the use or failure to use the products. The portrayal of the products in the site is usually by photograph. All the products are entirely handmade. The unique features of the Murano Glam products are given by working the glass by hand, therefore it is obvious that other products cannot be added or integrated after the sale without there being slight differences in colour, weight and decoration. In fact, the minimum difference between the temperature for melting the glass and the outside temperature during all the production phases can create endless variations. The company undertakes however to maintain the highest quality standards for all the products in the catalogue. Murano Glam may change the General Terms and Conditions without prior notice. These changes will come into force on the date they are published in the site. Orders sent to Fornace Ferro Murano srl before the date the changes are published will be subject to the General Terms and Conditions in force at the time the sale contract was concluded.
6.1. The product sales in the website www.yalosmurano.it are subject to Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22/5/1991, relative to protecting consumer rights for remote sales, which enable the customer to exercise the Right to Withdrawal. 6.2. The Right to Withdrawal applies to all consumers, i.e. physical subjects who do not act for professional or business reasons. The right to withdrawal is not applied to purchases by any retailers or businesses. 6.3. Without having to justify the reason, a consumer may return the products to the vendor within 10 working days from the date they are received. The consumer will have the costs for the products refunded, but not the delivery costs and return transport costs, which are the customer’s responsibility. 6.4. Method to exercise the right to withdrawal: Within the term of 14 days from the date the products are received, a written and signed notification must be sent expressing the wish to exercise the right to withdrawal. The notification must be sent by registered letter with proof of receipt to MURANO GLAM di SALVADORI FRANCESCO | 2, Via Torricelli – 31021 Mogliano Veneto (TV), giving details of the order number and date, or per email at: vetreriamuranoglam@gmail.com giving details of the order number and date. Within 48 hours from receiving the aforesaid registered letter, urano Glam will send an email with the “Return Authorisation” and the respective “RMA Code”, which may be used to return the products and must be clearly marked on the packaging and accompanying documents. The products must be sent by courier to the following address: MURANO GLAM di SALVADORI FRANCESCO | 2, Via Torricelli – 31021 Mogliano Veneto (TV). The products must be carefully packed so as to protect the original packaging. Any products that are returned without complying with these instructions may be refused. Within 30 working days from receiving the products, Fornace Ferro Murano srl will credit the amount shown in the invoice relative to the returned products and deducting any additional costs.
7.1. This Contract is governed by the Law of Italy. 7.2. Any disputes will be deferred exclusively to the Court of Venice.
